The Annoying Guest (Stop Motion Short Fim)

Presents
About this project:

My first legit attempt on making a stop motion film and my only stop motion project,
the film was captured in frame by frame, using Canon 600D on ISO 800 and various AFs and shutter speeds (as you can see some depth in few shots) running through these captured frames in 12 frames per second, i learned and got to experience the montage and the making of Stop Motion films from the basics of doll making using different materials and so on.

After watching this film, down below are all the details about the making of the doll character, the setting as well the concept the doll was based on, enjoy!
The Concept:
Here's the concept drawing that the doll supposed to look like, the end result didn't exactly look like THIS because i went through difficulties providing the materials that i had to change the design, as well the way of making the doll character, but the doll character at the end was still an athro cat character and it was 25cm tall, here's a small sheet of the concept with the base of the doll's wiring (the endoskeleton) in light blue color.
The Doll's making process:
So here's a grid of photos showing how it all started from the basic wiring to the final result, like i said the character got bit changed design wise due to having issues with providing the materials to match it with the concept so i had to use whatever i had availabe in my home, this project really showed us how much time and effort you need to put to make a doll for a stop motion film, the wires were copper wires intended for main electricity extensions in houses, they were used because they're reliable and can handle being bent around without breaking or wearing out from use, then we wrapped the wires then shoved and glued two pieces of foam in them, covered the wires with bits from juice straws then covered the entire body with sponges that got glued as well, the substance i used to cover the the head and hands and tail with are just modeling clay that took time to dry, and at the end we used a dress from another toy we had, cutted and stitched it to fit the doll nicely, then shove the two boots into the wires and glued them, making sure the doll stands up still with good stability.
Sceond Character making process:
We were ordered to have a secondary character for the doll to interact with, thankfully they didn't state that it has to be another doll, so i decided to make a cutesy looking rat that the doll chases behind, a cat and mouse scenario basically, i took a ball made out of foam, covered it in blue clay till it dried out, then added more clay and shaped the nose, the back and the ears as well the face and legs, at the end i cut a wire and shoved it inside the dried clay then covered it with pink clay to shape the tail, the whiskers were just pieces of copper shoved into the foam ball.
The Scenery and Props:
The scenery was a small open room (square) made using 3 pieces of white foam glued together, covered the floor foam piece with a blue cardboard, and with help of my parents we made the props, a bed which is made out from a tablet device's box covered in pink cardboard and glued two white piaces of foam into its front and back with the pillow was stitched with cotton inside it, the table was made with cut pieces of white foam glued together, and the closet is another cardboard box covered in purple and green cardboard pieces, drawn over with a pen of ink to give it the look it has actual openable bits with tiny foam pieces glued into it as the handles for the closet's doors and drawers, that part was hard because i had to search out the entire house to find any pieces that have sizes that are reasonably close to the doll's height and size to use as props for the room.
VFX & Music:
The music was free to use music from TeknoAXE, that channel provides a variety of decently made music for any genre you wish, here's the link for the playlist that includes all the music i used for this film:

As for the VFX, it was taken from different stock VFX sites and edited to match and fit whats going on with the film, including the mouse's noises.
